• The days are getting longer: It is easier to visit properties during the day, event after work. This allows you to better reconcile your active life and your real estate research. It lessens the stress factor of time management and allows you to better appreciate the property visited.

• Valued outdoor spaces: nature wakes up, the buds emerge and the flowers bloom. Gardeners are investing in gardens that emerge from their winter sleep to become presentable and attractive again. A beautiful terrace with its garden furniture arranged by the swimming pool: it is a valuable vision that is easier to create than when rain or snow is on the ground.
