Adrien and Sandra share same values because they both have strong examples of entrepreneurs in their personal family history. These examples have, through their careers and their characters, inspired their children and grandchildren to this day

It’s part of their DNA. On Adrien’s side, the example was given to him by his grandfather as evidenced by the newspaper « Le Messager » in its article in tribute to Mr Jean Désormières:

Jean Désormières, who was a renowned and highly regarded insurer, created a real estate agency in 1976 in neighbouring France. This agency quickly became a benchmark in the region, and still is today. The management, initially based on to his daughters Catherine Désormiere and Geneviève Berra, is now carried out by Adrien’s sister, Maïca Désromière, (lien site Maïca + photos Jean Désormières).

As for Sandra, it is by following examples of her father Paul Bleeckx, specializing in relationship management, and that of her grandfather Georges Bleeckx, carpenter-cabinetmaker, that she learned to love creating a relationship of trust with her interlocutors.

 

From her father, she discovered the value of positive and effective communication, developing listening skills and follow up. From her grandfather, she knows the importance of taking care of customers since the latter, through the company he founded in the 1940s in Brussels, has been entrusted with superb projects : from the complete renovation of luxury boutiques on Avenue Louise to the development of mansions

The love of a job
well done

Being meticulous, serious, and rigorous. For Sandra and Adrien, these are elementary principles thanks to which they transform each new mission that you entrust them with into a success.

 

 

 

All the files are handled according to these principals, which gives them a credibility that is highly appreciated by their interlocutors. This is all the more true when marketing projects to construct, which requires a special approach and care.

 

Like her grandfather, who prepared his work meticulously and artfully the plans designed by him, Sandra advances methodically until the work entrusted to her is complete. (photo rabot, dessin technique Bon-Papa ?). And she appreciates above all that she assisted her clients’ real estate dreams come true.

 

Finally, a job well done depends on keeping your commitments. Adrien really takes after his grandfather concerning this point, whose newspaper article paints the following portrait:
