A married couple with 3 children is moving to Geneva. They began their search for a property to purchase in the canton. But very quickly, they felt the need to have a single point of contact to help them select properties, organize viewings, and above all understand this very particular market. Confidentiality was also important to them. They chose to engage a family agency that could take the time to accompany them. And, recommended by word of mouth, we had the privilege of being that agency. Here is their story… <\/p>\r\n

Tailored Support<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The selection criteria are clear in their minds. The searches and initial viewings help refine them: character home, with 4 to 5 bedrooms, large plot of over 2,000 m\u00b2, budget CHF 8 million, preferred area: the left bank. <\/p>\r\n

The clients think there are few properties on the market but, by activating our network and reaching out to our colleagues who are open to sharing listings, we manage to identify more than twenty properties in a price range from CHF 6 to 12 million. We present them to our clients and organize the viewing schedule for the selected properties.
